Refund policy
All items are exchange only, we do not offer refunds at this time. Exchanges must be authorized within 1 week. Goods must be received back to us within 2 weeks. Exchanged items are final sale.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we have received the goods back, we will process your exchange and ship out your replacement item or send you a store credit.
Sale items are always final sale and cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as shipping costs for replacement items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All returned items must be shipped with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
